Right of withdrawal
A consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, except where the service has, at the express request, already been fully performed or begun with the consumer’s consent.
Seminar / course deposit
- On timely cancellation (generally at least 14 days before the start) the deposit is refundable or transferable to another date.
- For later cancellation, the seminar organizer’s specific terms may apply.
- The specific terms of an individual seminar take precedence over this general policy.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. In case of an erroneous or duplicate payment, contact us within 14 days and we will correct it.
Refund process
To request a refund, contact us via the About page and include the payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 14 days.
